Ceramic material-based optical antenna for multiband photonics applications

چکیده
The design and development of a multiband ceramic material-based optical antenna are discussed. A square-shaped aperture is utilized to excite the silicon-based dielectric resonator. This type excitation system provides capability create triple hybrid mode (HEM11δ, HEM12δ, HEM11δ + 2) inside cylindrical-shaped material. Due this feature, proposed aerial operating over diverse frequency bands, i.e., 117.5 140 THz, 158 165.5 175.2 190.5 respectively. Stable radiation characteristics as well good value gain (about 4.0 dBi) make nanoradiator applicable for hyperspectral imaging (125 THz) VLC wireless LAN (160 / 180 THz).
